Documents must be legible, valid, and issued in your own name.
3.5 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any pending bets will be settled according to their outcome before the account is closed. Remaining balances at the time of closure will be returned to your registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet, subject to verification.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. baijee reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal. Where a deposit bonus has been credited to your account, any associated wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
4.6 No Money Laundering. baijee maintains strict anti-money-laundering (AML) controls. Deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. Any attempt to use the baijee platform to process, layer, or integrate funds derived from illegal activity will result in immediate account suspension, reporting to relevant authorities, and forfeiture of all balances.
4.7 Transaction Fees. baijee does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, the payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own service charges. baijee has no control over third-party fees and is not liable for their application.
5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses. Promotional offers are available to eligible registered baijee accounts only. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. All deposit bonuses and free bet awards are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover requirements") unless explicitly stated otherwise. 6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the baijee sports betting platform are subject to acceptance by baijee. baijee reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on events affected by technical errors, incorrectly priced markets, or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.
6.2 Cricket & Sports Betting. Live and pre-match betting markets are available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series, and other sporting events. The odds confirmed at the time the bet slip is submitted are the binding odds for that wager.
6.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: an event being cancelled or abandoned without a result, a manifest pricing error by baijee's odds compilers, technical failure affecting the integrity of the market, or the discovery that a player involved in the event had been engaged in match-fixing. Void bets are returned to the player's account balance at stake value.
